We launched Hashtag Clean Ltd in 2014 after several years in the industry, because we noticed a gap in the market for a bespoke service that met the varying and wide-ranging needs of businesses — both for their own workspaces and their property portfolios.
Time and again the businesses we spoke to were being let down by cleaning that just wasn't reaching the standards required. The operational support they needed from a contractor wasn't there either — cleaners employed casually, without proper training. Both companies and cleaners were losing out.
